What mental health conditions do you treat?

I treat most mental health conditions, including but not limited to: anxiety disorders, ADHD, depression, OCD, bipolar disorders, autism, dissociative disorders, personality disorders, trauma, insomnia, and psychosis.

Are appointments virtual or in-person?

Most appointments are conducted via telehealth, but in-person appointments are available. The in-person location is in Carrollwood in Tampa, FL.

What ages do you see?

12+. In some circumstances, I can treat younger children. If under 18, an adult/guardian must be present. However, I’ll make sure to speak to each individually as well.

I primarily specialize in autism, ADHD, OCD, mood disorders, borderline personality disorder, trauma, and chronic illness. However, I enjoy working with any and all presentations!

Do I need an intake first?

Yes, all new patients begin with an intake. This allows me to understand your full history, current concerns, and goals before making any recommendations.

What if I'm not sure where to start?

That’s completely okay. The intake is designed to help clarify your needs and guide the next steps. You don’t need to have everything figured out beforehand.

Can I just do therapy-style sessions?

I do supportive therapy and offer suggestions during appointments. However, I believe everyone who takes psychiatric medication should also have a therapist. I will provide referrals if needed.

Do I need to be in Florida to receive care?

Accepted Answer

Yes, I am currently only licensed in Florida. However, if you are out of state temporarily (for college, for example), and your permanent address is still in Florida, I can see you.

How do I know if I need a neurodivergent evaluation?

If you suspect ADHD, autism, or feel like your experiences haven’t been fully understood or explained, an evaluation may be helpful. We’ll explore this together during your intake and decide if a formal evaluation makes sense.

Can I book directly for an ADHD or autism evaluation?

Accepted Answer

All evaluations begin with a general intake appointment. This ensures the evaluation is appropriate and tailored to your needs. When you schedule, you can choose "Neurodivergent Evaluation Part 1" to indicate you are seeking an autism and/or ADHD assessment.
